yeah i went the backcombed method cos i didnt do enough research before i made the plunge,,, ,,,, but aye i wish i had gone natural to tell you the truth just for the fact of how much damage can be avoided by just doing nothing haha,,,, the backcombing kinda hursts aswell ,,, but 5 6 months in the dreads are just doing there own thing and getting there altho a little slower a step at a time haha

yeah kinda hard to belive its not been a year yet and i must have joined not far from it starting but as said before in the last few months ive noticed alot of growth in the population of this site not only in numbers but alot of variety of countrys now,, i know the majority of the site is american, but ive notices a few folks from here in scotland and other places ,,,, thanks to everyone for making the site as friendly as it is and thanks to SE for all his hard work and his epic dreadies haha

ermm as far as i know u should be fine aslong as u dont wash ure hair everyday,,, just by using the baking soda acv rinse u aint gotta scrub or anything so u should be ok by washing ure hair once a week or so,,,? just dont comb it

i use baking soda for washing my dreads but instead of acv i use cencentrate lemon juice,, this do the same sorta thing?

surely having wax in your hair anyways is bad saying as it dont come out, will it not go mouldy and smell after a while? cos wax dont stay the same state for years eh?

i dont use vinegar because i really dont like the smell of vinegar so i use lemon juice,, its okay to use concentrated lemon juice aswell yeah?
