I completely disagree. I loved the way my locks looked at the beginning and i love them even more now also i take offensive to my locks being called pseudo locks. I think that is a load of horses crap. Just because mine where back combed doesn't mean their fake.

my ends looked llike thaT... some still most do their wispy. i cut of a couple when i first got them then waited a few weeks and the ends started undreading and going back to how it was. the best thing to do would just be leave them alone for awhile. if your uncomfortable with them at work can you wear a hat to work? a beani or a tam if you have one. If not a hair tie should hold them back. Dreads take time no matter how you dread them. i still have days where i think they look silly or something...but i know i really love them their my babies<3

i use hair ties' the red one is an old one i found i stop using them after awhile because they stretch out to much after awhile 
this one i just pulled out of my hair.i guess the elastic is on the inside or something. they last me for awhile if i dont stretch it out to much by like wrapping t a second time.I almost always have my hair up it's hot in Texas. when i'm cold their down... thats really it. as long as you separate the roots and i have to do that like once every 1-2 weeks. but it hasnt hurt mine yet

Hahaha staple them into your skull!! I've actually had one in my hair before i had dreads. There dreads for the one's who have comittence issues i guess. You kinda like sew them in. It doesnt tak that ling but i didnthave that many, I've known people who have full heads of them, their like temporary dreads they wont last that long you have to take them out and boil them for them to tighten they get loose from wear and tear. normally people will d it to go to clubs some people wear them to concerts and other important shit.
