i just am putting the finishing touches on a brand new social network for the philly area the philly hangout scene http://www.phillyhangout.com/

its all about the arts music culture and community in and around Philadelphia

its just 2 days old today got its 1st search traffic so its ready to take off but i need all ya philly folks to get ion there add stuff add content make it happen

also

i want input what should i add and improve

im adding a local business listing classifieds jobs and personals extension as soon as the new subdomain forwards properly so expect that to replace the crappy business directory thats up now

the vision

an all in one social network that brings the people the region the visitors and tourists all together in 1 place to hang out make friends and discuss the communities imagine a hangout spot where joe shmoe from center city can hang out meet jane doe from Germany whos coming fir a visit share stories of the favorite hangouts and hotspots then meet and greet when she gets here

but its more then that

its a showcase for all Philly has to offer

small businesses to city wide celebrations can showcase what they have to offer

just the music arts and culture scene alone will make this site explode in no time

so start posting events

start posting your fave hangouts the out of the way secluded isles of serenity and the wild whacky and crazy

you may even discover things in your own neighborhood you never knew existed

the gop has made alot of noise lately about corporations being people and money being speech

the same gop under the bush reign of terror started stripping away all our rights, but the right to freee speech remained. at the same time they push for looser gun control, making it easier to get many guns.

so logicly, if money is speech and we have the right to free speech we have the right to free money.

banks are holding on to lots of money and thety dont exactly give it to you easy

so we have the right to beare arms and the right to free speech (free money) so the gop is encouraging us to rob banks to get out=r free money.

ontop of this they are making it harder for the poor to live but making it easier for millionairs to become billionairs.

the mega rich are storing masds quantaties of free speech in the form of green papers in bank vaults while the poor are losing their houses and living on the streets.

this creates the perfect opportunity for greatter equality and a mote stable economy as the poor take up arms rob banks get their free speech in the form of lil green papers and put that money back into circulation

speech held silently within a vault does no good to nobodyt, but freed free speech put back into circulation, used to purchase houses cars and goods stimulates the economy creartes jobs for the jobless and stability to the system

ofcourse the gops solution requires the instability of thousands and thousands of poor running around with assault rifles robbinhtg every bank in america

and somehow this solution sounds a lil crazy to me

wouldnt it be lil safter if money was money

corporations were corporations

and the corporations and the mega rich just pulled their own weight

im aall for safer saner solutions

the news has been talking about the gop primary almost exclusivly ignoring the democratic race completely

while the gop had a new hampshire primary the democrats had one as well and oboma lost votes to w home town here, the one and only vermin supreme! (real name)

verrmin supreme the candidate with enough class to wear a rubber boot as a hat got a 3.1% of the vote as seen here

3% is enough for the missinformed citizens party to legitimately collect campain finabnces and run television ads.

as a contrast well known republicans like newrt gingritch only got 11%

there are hundreds of complicated ways to make dreadlocks

there are thousands of tools, products and expensive services to make making dreadlocks easier

with any method comes many other optional maintenances and products

whats never really said much is how all them are optional and unesacary!

so simplifying is easy

a georgia school gave 3rd graders a quiz with racist questions involving slavery and beatings

The question read, "Each tree had 56 oranges. If eight slaves pick them equally, then how much would each slave pick?"

Another math problem read, "If Frederick got two beatings per day, how many beatings did he get in one week?"

Another question asked how many baskets of cotton Frederick filled.

"I was furious at that point," one father said.

"This outrages me because it just lets me know that there's still racists," said Stephanie Jones, whose child is a student at the school.

"Something like that shouldn't be imbedded into a kid of the third, fourth, fifth, any grade," parent Terrance Barnett told WSB-TV. "I'm having to explain to my 8-year-old why slavery or slaves or beatings are in a math problem. That hurts."

"In this one, the teachers were trying to do a cross-curricular activity," Gwinnett County school district spokeswoman Sloan Roach said.

Roach said the teachers were attempting to incorporate social studies into math problems.

"We understand that there are concerns about these questions, and we agree that these questions were not appropriate," she said.

in some towns in georgia north carolina and really all over the south racism is still alive and being tough to children..by racist parents

but to have racism taught in schools too? takes it out of the realm of parental responcibility and puts the blame on the school and county

so many of u may know i was in the hospital about a week ago

well here i am again writting this from a hospitol again

a month ago i noticed a few odd sores pop up on my elbow and hip with no known cause. it was suspected to be shingles caused by the chicken pox virusat 1st then a reaction to a new laundry soap

but the local dr tested and said it was staph

ive already been messed up by staph twice so that was not good news. so 10 days of antibiotics and a trip to the dermantologist later aqnother 10 days of antibiotics and still not much better in fact the couple sores spread to cove4r my entire back and hip and much of my chest and belly.

so a week in the hospitol intervenios antibiotics and it was looking lil better so off to home they send me to follow up with the original dr that diagnosed the staph

calling him for an appointment he said theres nothinbg more he can do i should see the dermqantologist again wich i couldnt for 3weeks!

and it was gerting worse my right le4g now was all covered in big sores

so back to the er i go but we decide to wait for after rush hour..bitg mistake

i get to the er it takes hours as usual to be seen

while waiting i pull upmy shirt and my reaction was a loud holy shit..it got noticibly worse in jusyt hours

around the neckline of my shirt it felt like my skin was on fire a burning sensation ..literaly my skin being eatten

as i watched i could see it6 get worse hour by hour

5 hours go by finaly see a dr to examine me

when my sock was taken off and pant leg pulled up again a holy shit exclamaitain as my leg looked like a bear chewed on it

3/4 or more of the skin was crusty sores

took 10 hours to get a room and get more antibiotics

now vi cant eat without puking

most of my body is covered in a rash or sores

1nurs4e said it might be a virus that doesnt like exposure to air so thats why it got so much worse4 inside my shirt and socks and my arms are mostly clear except armpits and inside of elbows

anyway

its pretty bad and got me pretty worried

just wanted ya all to know whats going on

im not doing too well...

but im not letting them se4nd me home till im sure its cured

there was a recent news story about mountain dew being sued over a mouse carcass being found in a bottle of mountain dew cola.

mountain dew responded by hiring scientists to prove this was impossible.

the findings: mountain dew will dissolve the mouse carcass in under 2 weeks turning it into a jelly like goo!

what do you think that does to other tisues like stomach linings intestines your throat..your teeth?

for years ive heard that coke aka coca cola would disulve a steel nail in 24 hours and indeed i never drink sodas so when i do a sip kinda feels like its disolving my insides

these drinks are very unhealthy and still are approved for internal use?

as a comparison, when most people think of hydrocloric acids they think of a highly corosive substance that can dissolve a human body but the truth is even that strong of an acid can take days even weeks to completely dissi=olve a body it ghas the same effect turning it into a gelly like ooz

the bones take much longer and become rubbery like 1st

sodas are marketted to kids to everyone really with slogans like do the dew and radical extreme sports as if the dew turns you into an indestructable superman who wouldnt think twice about jumpoing from a plane withopit a parachute

but the reality is your stomach lining is slowly being turned into a jelly like goo

just like the fate i=of the mouse

if i was mt dew i would not release these findings to avoid a lawsuite id pay the guy and keep it all hush hush

after all who would ever want to drink mountain dew again and wonder if there were mice in there that just got dissolved and absrbed into the global mountain dew supply.

next sip you take ask yourself what is that funny taste mountain dew has? could it be a furry footed critter that fell in the vat and got dissolved?

im glad i never drink that crap

so this year i was looking forward to xmass lil more then usual cause had saved up a lil extra money and planned on going all out more then usual getting bigger better gifts for everyone

so the last few days ive been looking for my debit card which got misplaced..or so i thought to srtart my holiday shopping spree

yesterday i cancled it and got a new card cause i couldnt find it for several days

so armed with my brand new card i go to make a purchase..and to my surprise my accounts empty

just weeks before xmass someone decides to steal every cent i have and go on their own lil shopping spree

so all my holiday cheer once again is shot to hell

and ontop of that i had planned on doing a bigger give away this month to members and now i cant afford a thing

im prwtty sure i know who did it too and my 1 wish for the holidays now is for him to spend it in a nice lil cell with a nice fat not so jolly guy whos more then happy to stuff his stocking and plunge his chimney with a harty hohoho your my bitch now
