Unless someone lives in a country that has an "Official religion." Governments do not have the jurisdiction to say what is or is not a "Real" religion.

The better business bureau isn't going to help anyone. The only time any company is seemingly required to answer to an inquiry from the bbb is if the particular company cares about having a good rating with the agency. Otherwise there are no regulatory requirements for any company to comply with the ideals of the bbb.

The maturity cycle for dreadlocks really follows behind normal growth/shedding cycle of our own hair.
New dreadlocks form when any number of hair follicles start to get tangled together and form a section. As the tangling continues shedding hair becomes trapped and just adds to the tangling mess that is already going on. You will usually find loops and other interesting little developments.
As new hair follicles grow in behind the shed hair it will either push its way through into an existing dreadlock, form another dreadlock with other hair follicles or it can just hang around and not really do anything.
At the end of it all. It is easier to just stop worrying about it. Your dreadlocks will form and mature without you needing to do anything.
Stop worrying about it. Dreadlocks go through constant change let your hair do what it happens to do. Enjoy the windy days when you can.
I am with Dizzie here. I started with 116. Tried to count a second time but decided to just not worry about it anymore.

Leave it in for about ten minutes. The salt makes your hair courser and more prone to tangling.
Rinse with cool water and use it as often as you wish.

After your shift, let your hair back down and separate your dreadlocks and you'll be fine.

I really want to start the natural dread process as soon as possible but wear i work i have to tie my hair back and wear a hat. I don't work too much, only a few hours a day and only like 3-4 days most weeks. think this would hinder the progress of my dreads? i have thick, curly, frizzy hair and after a few days with no wash or messing with it starts to form obvious baby dreads. i have a feeling it would dread pretty fast but the hat at work worries me.

As long as you can notice individual sections your dreadlocks are fine.
Don't let the maturing process get you worried.
