Has dreadlocks increased your sex appeal?

I think mine has definitely increased. All my friends tell me that I'm a lot cuter now that I have dreads or that I look a lot better with dreads than short hair or an afro and when I joke about cutting them they are all like "nooo!" lol. Also it adds unique-ness. A lot of people don't have dreads and those that do get recognized a lot easier and a lot more with having dreads.

I've noticed this a lot believe it or not. I mean yes, I'm African American but I did mine the natural way and other people of my race think that mine are done the wrong way, when in all reality theirs are lol.

I've had my dreads grown natural for what will be a year in about 2 weeks (wow hard to believe lol) and I'm curious as to if conditioner will do anything to my hair at all if I'm just using it to have my hair smell nice.Sooo my question is, Will conditioner do anything to my 1 year old dread locks lol?:D

I've washed my hair everyday since the first week of getting dreads. Actually, in the first month or so I washed my hair twice a day to get it all knotted up and whatnot. But now, just once a day because I guess it's just a daily ritual now.

how people percieve someone with dreads

I get a lot of questions about cutting them, combing them out, washing them. and I have to tell people that to get dreads your hair has to be clean and then they are no longer misinformed. That's about it though. noone really says to me "you look dirty" or "hey! you're gross" lol.

What method of dreading is this?

So I've been enjoying my day just relaxing until I left my house and I decided "Hey, I need a shower". I got in the shower and for some odd reason I got drenched with water and I thought ugh I don't want my hair to be all wet because I'm about to go do a rock out for rights show and I don't want my hair wet and i'm also going to practice my compettitive speech duo. and i got this crazy revelation. shammies take out all of the water out of your hair. it's wonderful!!
