I've had my dreads grown natural for what will be a year in about 2 weeks (wow hard to believe lol) and I'm curious as to if conditioner will do anything to my hair at all if I'm just using it to have my hair smell nice.Sooo my question is, Will conditioner do anything to my 1 year old dread locks lol?:D

even at a year conditioner can loosen your knots some. If your hair isn't really dry and needing the conditioner don't use it. A lot of residue is left on hair which can attract yucky stuff. I put 2 or 3 drops of oil and a cap full of acv into a (clean) 2 gallon milk jug fill it up with water ....shake it up and then poor it over my hair...i let it set for a couple minutes...then rinse it out with clear water. The vinager smell does not stay ....but the smell of the essential oil does. I have people tell me all the time that my hair smells nice.
