its still 20 or more times thicker then a hair so it is going to break hairs no matter how gentkly but your right that once a years not going to cause a dread to break a dreads strength comes from the lengths of the continuouse fibres (hairs) a single dread should take 1000 pounds to break it would take every hair being broken into peices with an average length of 2 inche s or so to cause it to easily break sio it takes alot of stabbing but..pushung even the tiniest hook though is breaking hairs no matter what ..and its really not a giood thing to do ever at all

welcome i would not crochet loose hairs in ever that just breaks hairs causing more loose hairs needing more crochet causing more damage and eventiualy they get very weak throw the hook away and join the crochet recovery group

Ohhh, and my BIGGEST advice--- breastfeed for the first year. Seriously. It's free, it's hard at first, but it's TOTALLY worth it. It's the most beautiful and wonderful experience ever. I promise you won't regret it.

Hi lady!! I see you're expecting and want advice. Lol. Have you looked into having a midwife assisted birth rather than an OB/GYN? You should DEFINITELY watch The Business of Being Born and Pregnant in America and read Ina May Gaskin's Spiritual Midwifery and Ina May's Guide to Childbirth. Also, I would HIGHLY recommend looking into attachment parenting and you should check out www.mothering.com and check out www.drmomma.org . If you have any other questions, I'm always an open book when it comes to mothering type stuff! <3 I hope you have a WONDERFUL day!

Whenever I have thoughts that I can't do it, I always just think so many have done it in the past, really a lot of people for millions of years. I'm sure you can do it. besides, the first 6 months food is free.

Thanks for the compliments on the house. It really is just an old crappy farmhouse, but we love it and call it home!!! :) Stick with the vitamins, they are good for baby - and you!!! Hopefully the morning sickness will pass. I remember those days ;P . Both of my pregnancies were high risk and I had to take hormones to sustain them - made me SO sick and tired, but it the end it was worth it!!! Glad to hear your stress level is dropping. Sometimes pregnancy is hard enough without added stress. Especially if you are feeling like your gonna "ralph" every five minutes. I hope it gets easier for you as time passes. I am here if you need to vent!!!!! :)
