new search preview and help request

been working on a new site search  cause as you can tell the 1 thats built in sucks

the new search is built on solr (just like duckduckgo) and is extremely powerful and customizable

so far it only searches forums and is missing pagination for more results

the pagination and photos search will be coming on sunday

but heres where i could use a lil help

anyone familiar with php jquery and ajax  (if your also familiar with solr thats a plus!)

we just have to duplicate the scripts we have now, and adapt them to the diferent site sections,  alter it so it can search all sections at once then narrow it down by sections

ive already spent way beyond my budget on this so really could use some volunteers

if your familiar with solr we can  have it offer suggestions as you type, auto spell corect, offer "others who searched for this also searched for ____  suggestions  (great especialy for the shops)

theres a whole lot we can do with it  especialy if any of you really techy types want to lend a hand

well its ok to do it once and only once but the rubber bands  got to go!!! and the reason its not done often is it creates a knotty mess that then has to be  ripped apart into dreads..also  when you continue to rub you can 1 cause  damage and 2 destroy progress

so if u want to start getting it knotty that way its up to you just don't keep rubbing  and take  the bands  out right away

nothing helped my scalp till i found these

ive tried a few other dread shampoos that were disasrerous on my scalp

but these are amazing.. btw thanks for reminding me i'm running low the sage/sweetgrass/cedar was the last bar i hadleft so its whati'm usingnow

so..we smell the same

the liquid really makes them tighten like crazy but will dry the hair out more  the bars leave em so healthy and happy

if greasiness is an issue skipping the acv will adjust the ph and over a few weeks make u less greasy

washing with waters not washijng towel drying can create..or destroy progress  it might knot it up one day and you say yay then 3 moinths in  1 time destroy 3 months progres at once

wash with either www.dreadlockshampoo.com liquid, or the baking soda recipe u can find here

waters rinsing water doesnt remove oils that make the hair slipery

it could take longer but sometimes dreads very fast  it could have been anbything you were doing wrong

washing wrong drying wrong touching too much ..hair too short wearing hats  etc etc

what were u washing with how were u drying and how long was the hair

yea my bro and his ex worked in a home for mentalty chalenged people that was always a risk, his new girlfreind or wife or whatever she is has an autistic son that always loves just crumbling dried leaves or anything that  he can grab hold of  he came in 1 time  i thought he was about to give me a hug when he grabbed my beard with both hands hard and  started pulling ...ouch

 

lil tip wich they probably trained you  if they grabn your hair and try oulling dont try tostruggle dont try to pull thier hand away instead   grab thier hand and press it down to your skull  and calmly say let go till they do if you try pulling away you can hurt yoirself...and them  you can be  accused of abuse  if you struggle  but if you simply press thier hand down to your scalp so they cant oull and  wait for them to let go your fine

in that case it is acceptible  policy  but it does not have to be a tight bun, loosers better  and you can just  knot up the dreads  any ol wich way you want  no bands or anythinjg only use dreads to tie dreads  the looser the better as long as they stay in place and as soon as u get out  let em hang free

health and safety trumps all thats why astraunauts firefighters and  fighter pilots  that require air tight and often pressurized masks  are the only jobs that can legally say dreads aere not possible

not alowed is not alowed  you can wear them down under the law with the right justification

yes it will stunt thier development

its a shame you used tnr, its a lil harder, but not impossible to claim them as a religious or spiritual right

however if they are spiritual to you ..and your belief system wich is "any sincerely held belief" requires you to leave your hair down free and alowed to tangle on its own  then thier 'not alowed' is unconstitutional

whats the cxompany policy state in writing the exact wording

and whats the job and why do thry have such a policy
