need help wet towel smell

Dread Maintenance

I always keep a bottle on hand just cause the last month I as literally damp or wet the entire month  I might have gotten them dry an hour here or there tye only time I really got them dry was flying out the car window and thats when the back wheels  went over them slamming my head into the headrest

I don't often need it but ..every so often I do so I make sure I never am without a bottle since I use the entire bottle at once

by the way thy smell great now right?

Dread Maintenance

around the hairline will be the last to dread its finer thinner and often will always have loose hairs there  sometimes dreads start as itty bitty things then gather more hair and thicken a ton

Black Castor Oil Shampoo Once or Twice a week light wash.. ?

Dread Products

well

heres he thing with castor oil.. its used internaly to cause puking and pooping  and when it gets into streams it causes the fish to puke and poop themselves to death..even a small amount. straight castor oil typically has a warning do not flush or pour down drains

it is supposedly good for helping hair growth but biotins bettr castor oil I also thinks a thicker oil?

since most shower water goes into water treatment plants  your probably not going to wipe out endangered species or anything  and your only a week or so in so ...losing a lil progress if it does cause thats not like months invested.  some oil might be helpful if your hairs very dry by nature..and it hopefully is fully saponified castor oil (broken down into soaps using caustic material..as aposed to superfatted whch they don't use enough lye to break all the oils down so in hard water they leave a sticky oily mess)

I can't vouch for how safe it is I can recommend using it for a minimall length of time till you can get a decent dread shampoo

becoming Vegetarian

Dreads and Diets

1st just remove meat from everything you eat.. you can add meat substitutes slowly.. tofu seitan tempeh tvp (textured vegetable  protein) whatever falafils instead of meatballs

try diferent veggie burgers and things many are better then others.. at 1st you might like the ones that taste more like meat, later on those ones will not be ones you like.

get a vegy cookbook or 5  they have a lot of amazing ideas

tonight. stirfry some seitan if you can get it, if not tofu, but marinate the tofu in some soy sauce or some other sausce  maybe with a ll ginger or something

add sweet and hot peppers any other veggies you like

on the side add 1 cup chunky peanutbutter and about 3 cups water, lil curry cayenne maybe cumin? bring to slight boil then simmer for awhile stiring constantly add any spices to taste simmer it so its still kinda thin but thickened a bit..as it cools it will thicken more

poor that over the stirffry

now nutritional yeaste tastes like cheese (some vegan cheeses are amazing others soso) but adding nutritional yeast to anything automaticly make it taste better .. bland overcooked boild cabage  with nutritional yeast  tastes fairly good.. add it to [opcorn with garlic instead of butter and yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

a lot doesnt gotta change till you go vegan. order a pizza? instead of pereroni get banana peppers black olives artichoke hearts (my fave) pinaple  you name it.

over time you'll find you need a lot less food then when you ate meat as well.  I eat about 1/4 what my meat eater freins eat and im stuffed

you can get veggie versions of every peat thing you can think of from shark fin soup to well literaly anything, but as you move away from things that simply replace meat but still resemble meat you find a whole diferent wide range of options

there are mushrooms that grow on tes that do taste like steak, but then you can also find a salad in your yard that are whats normaly considered weeds

like dandilions, I think clovers but don't quote me on that.. those long leaved things that pop up 1 or more stalks with fuzzy lil bud things.. those are called plaintains not the same as the banana like fruit with the samename, but you'd see them every 5 steps or less in your yard.

grow a garden with all your faves like eggplants and peppers  and everything you like alt.

to take it a step further learn edible plants in your area an around the country and do some foraging and wildcrafting.

this last trip I discovered sourwood. the leaves have a delicious sour taste and im not a fan of sour things.

every day we pulled several hundred pounds of wild mushrooms out of the forrest and every kitchen serve them almost every meal

on naked and afraid they matched a vegetarian (female) foreger with a survivalist meat eatter

ever 2 steps she stopped to pick up food, flowers leaves you name it

he rushed her along not letting her collect food. he spent soooo much energy trying to fish, catch food and finaly he ate some grubs then a lizard that was exactly 2 bites

because he didn't let her collec food he talked her into 1 bite which made her sick

but with just the stuff she collected in the 1st 5 or 10 minutes, and a lil ore she collected when she just had to get away from his  alpha male 'we gotta do it my way' attitude  she did far better

she did eat less calories but lot a lot less weight

it took him 4 days to light a fire (she went off on her own had 1 started in 5 minutes) \

so her overall survivability score was double his

oh in fact he got sick from something he ate, tried treating it with an herb, but didn't knlw the plants well enough and iisined himself

i'll also mention raw vegans absolutely dominate the ultramarathon curcuit

and for 4 months as a teen I lived on only oranges and on Fridays (after 3rd week) a plate of brown rice

I literaly bounced and skipped instead of walking..every step was 2 feet into the air

uncontrollable energy

not literaly since single cell organisms don't shit but they have to break it down for you. you lose them after not eating meat, or if you never ate meat you never had them because your simply not designed for it (hence colon cancer obesity, heart disease high blood pressure, high cholesterol clogged arteries.. all things almost unhed of in vegatarians)

vegatarias by far best for your health absolutely essential to prevent extinction. meats the number 1 cause of climate change, and the only way we can save ourselves in 10 years, not 100

and in just a dozen or so years 30 max, world starvation will set in unless we all go veg

it takes 1/3 acre to feed a vegan 1 1/2 to feed a vegetarian 38 to feed an omnivore

plus animal agriculture causes more drought, using more water then any other industry including fracking.. 1 hamburger uses 6 Olympic sized pools of water to produce

its the leadingcause of rainforest deforestation 1 acre per second

fish, for every 1 pound of intended kill theres 5 pounds bikill much of that endangered species

and, we take from the ocean at a rate 25 times faster then it can replenish itself

given all these facts, you have 13-30 years to not be vegetarian before it starts leading to extinction

maybe thats enough to make you make a healthy choice

plus.. after a year or 2 meatbecomes toxic..you get extremely sick with a high fever

a veg mom who accidently takes a sip of broth  and passes it through breast milk to a baby tht never had meat, can put it in the hospital, possibly even cause death

no fruite or veggies cause that its because humans cant digest meat, not without microbes that digest it for you and you digest their  shit basicly

anything highin biotin, or simply take biotin suppliments 10,00-15,000 mcg a day it can take 3 months to become effective then double or triple growth rates. biotin can also be effective topically in a biotin infused shampoo (none are dread safe)  but I suppose you can make a rinse

avacodo hair masks..  really meant for repairking severely damaged hair but does strengthen it

rosemary essentioal oil helps hair growth add to a rinse or use the dreadlockshampoo with teatre rosemary and green tea

green teas anothr

otherwise a good healthy diet

ive been vegetarian 38 years and mine grows like crazy and is strong enough that I had it drying out the car windown and the car slowed down.. and bang bang my head slammed against the headrest very hard with loud enough bangs t wake up the sleeping kids in the back seat 9(who are extremely hard to wake cause their dads earned the nickname roaring snore...you can scream in their ears pinch them poke  them  probably even punch them and they dont wake up

anyways the bangs were 2 dreads going under the back tires..and didn't damage the dreads at all
