Vitamins & Antioxidants

Dreads and Diets

which  experts and what was their motigvation there is a "beef disparity law" that says its illegal to give facts that say anything bad against beef.

the numbers are actually accurate and environmentalists admit to it when pressured..but they hate to since they are member driven orgs and people are willing to live in a hole in the ground  before they are willing to consider changing what they eat

so many of the experts are afraid to admit the truth because they lose funding if they do

it really is that bad well cowspiracy stated its the number 1 cause of climate change ts actualy number 3

however..it is the 1 thing that can easily save our asses in 10 years not 100

by the way

Einstein 100 years ago made pretty much the same stark predictions and stated in no uncertain terms that switching to a vegetarian society gobaly was the single most important ting to guarantee our survival

need help wet towel smell

Dread Maintenance

liquid helps young dreads dread faster it already has sea salt in it

bars don't dry out mature dreads (detox bar does dry it a bit)

dragonsblood smells yummy too kinda like licorice or anise  a sweet almost candy smell..yumm

nag champa is a stronger earthy scent it makes me think of Tibetan monk monastaries.. like patchouli is earthy but this is even more so. I love it!1 my sister hates it (patchouli too)

all clean amazingly just the liquid dries the hair making it dread faster (not appropriate for African hair types for that reason)

Grey hair

General Questions

ok my beard went grey young, heads only now showing hints of grey at 51

the color sems to simply go away in the entire hair. it is odd however that since you shed every hair every 7 years about  how they can get grey hairs way down where they were already shed

I suppose (@Panterra Carraway might know more) the pigments just fade

now in dreads yur whole dread doesn't go gre.. only a few hairs then a few more  its kinda beautiful

starts with just a few strands zig zagging around  the black or brown  slowly becomes a golden color as grey and dark colors mix  then that becomes more greay as the rest turns grey

my head dreads have juswt a couple near my temples showing a lil greyness but overall all look dark brown still bwhile the new growth around my face is a lot more grey and I have a few lil baby dreads that are greyinsh intop

10 year dread product questions

General Questions

use the rot knot 1st its not a shampoo its a treatment..then use whatever shampoo after

you don't need all 3 in 1 wash

the charcoal is something you can use rarely when you need a deep clean

since they have not been cleaned well the 1st wash do rot knot 1st saturate em leave it in at least 10 min..longer if u feel you need then use detox to get them really clean after that use the other shampoos 1-3 times a week..use detox again when you feel they need an extra deep cleanning

Section Sizes and Size of Dreads.

General Talk

I keep going back and looking at your undreaded hair I bet it was combed within 48 hours of that picture but you can already see some sectioning beginning and  easily 70-100 dreads that would form..i mean just on that 1 side of your head you'd have way more ten you have now

that hair would have started dreading in a week! she really really screwed you and not just lied..but refusd to tell you the truth that your hair was already 1/2 way into the 1st steps of dreading

every lst person here wanting natural dreads would wish they had your hair! thqt hair would form absolutely pic dreads if you just stopped combing it

Section Sizes and Size of Dreads.

General Talk

1st off demand a refund what they did to you was terrible! and they should be ashamed

your hair is thin?  you know thats a damn lie look at your hair thats incredibly thick..and absolutely perfect for natural dreads! I mean how did you prevent it from dreading all these years you must have combed it more then once a day.

your hair would have dreaded insanely fast.. the fact that the locticians lied to you and didn't even tell you it would dread by doing nothing proves how unethical they are..i would demand double your money back

ok heres your choices

1 comb them out lose hair it will be thinner  but  that hair will section itself  naturaly probably in only 3 days..ina week or 2 ..maybe less you'll see it dreading

your hair is some of the most perfect hair for thick amazing natural drads..or at least was before THAT was done to it

option 2

condition condition ..lightly not enough like your about to comb them out (if you comb out saturate them id try using a soft brush  its slower but gentler use the comb only for theeal hard parts)

as they soften ..which can take a real long time (3 years if you dont condition now..well 6 months to loosen enough to even begin to dread) when they are less stiff and tight you will start to see loops thats when you stop conditioning

they will eventually (maybe 3 years) thicken to that huge section size..33 dreads is not too massive but they wil be very thick..under 20 id be very worried

with your thick amazing hair though id expect 60-75 to be more reasonable

now I would not split them..you have tons of broken hairs now..if you split them you litraly break every last hair probably thousands of times since they zig zag all the way through the dread  plus splitting often goes bad leaving 1 side with a thick root thin tip the other thin root thick tip

I know its heartbreaking to comb them iut..and yes adds a bit more dqamage (the genler and slower you do it the less harm thats done)

I would save and photograph the pile of broken hair you lost..on the locticians site post a review including the lies the massive sections the stiff very fake looking dreads..your beautiful perfect hair for natural dreads then the pile of lost hair and if your hairs noticeably thinned that too.  post a second revew months or a year down the line with your new healthy beautiful natural dreads

thaqts my heartfelt recommendation though I would support you continuing on as well. I know you feel used traumatized even.. and will have these stiff sticks sticking out all over for months..but I truly believe you will feel much better starting over naturally

and do indeed demand that refund

hell if it takes taking her to small claims court I will gladly testify on your behalf

they should not get away with doing that and lying that way

she knows the only reason the sections had to be so huge is crochet makes them 1/5th the size of a normal dread...and as stiff as sticks inwtead of flowing like hair should

becoming Vegetarian

Dreads and Diets

dairy is so horrible and why I went veg. I worked on a dairy farm they took wooden canes and sumtimes numchucks (I know spelled wrong) and turned them into splinters over the cows heads..they then twisted the tails breaking them.. thats literaly millions of nerves at once..i broke my back.. when a dr says describe your pain frm 0-10 .. very very very few have any idea what 10 is..every nerve in your body ripped apart.. thats a 9.5  only being set on fire with your brain literaly boiling can be a 10

so thats the agony they inflicketed to control the,..most had the tails zig zagging having been broken dozens of times

now I still eat cheese but am eating more vegan cheese all the time

however humans are the only animals to drink another niimals milk (exceptwhen its needed for survival if the mother dies) and no animal drinks milk beyod infancy

cows milk contains growh hormones designed to make a 100 pound calf vecome a  2 ton cow as fast as possible4

additionaly all the runny noses chest congestion  etc you get..all caused by milk.. vegans almost never have mucous issues (well after several months or a year of veganism you get a mucus flush.. literaly pouring out of everywhere  in insane ammounts.. after  that...your clear..but when I went vegan at 19 ..that mucus flush did me in and I relapsed...now im finaly inchig my way back towards full vegan)
