I got my dreads done in a shop but i have done no maintnence, no products, no wax should i shave and star over or let them be

Dreading Methods
backcombing does not require wax...that was started by companies trying to sell products. Wax actually keeps dreads from forming. it is nasty stuff...i am glad that you do not want to use it. look at the top of the page...directly under Dreadlocks forums.... read the dreading methods...that should give you all the information that you need to start your dreads.

it is funny...many people with fatter dreads wish they had skinny ones...many with skinny wish theirs were fatter..i think it is all "what is greener is over the other side of the fence". Dreads have kinda sucky stages for a while.....and it takes years for them to mature. That is why it is called a journey...sit back and enjoy it. Your dreads will look like your dreads and your dreads alone. That is what makes them beautiful and unique.

i can laugh at the false sense of accomplishment i feel. I have spent 6 yrs playing it....i have also spent 6 years doing other things. It has not robbed me of 6 years....time robs me of years. It has entertained me for 6 years.

compaired to the others ...wow is the most sophisticated graphics...don't confuse world of warcraft with warcraft.....they are both blizzard games and share the story line ....but they are different games

Yes O'Callaghan you can loose friends to WoW. Marriages have been broken up over it. It is very very addictive. But hey I am a lvl 80 Night Elf Druid....the ultimate healer....i live vicariously thru a game that i can feel self gratification and false accomplishment lol.....gets me thru the cold months
