Pretty much 6 days a week I'm sweating so I have to wash mine at least twice a week. Sometimes 3 times a week if I feel I need it. I try to conditions my locs only before I retwist but since it started to get cold I need them to feel moisturized instead of dry and brittle. I think everyone can agree on this...water is fucking awesome for dreads. I think it helps hair lock up better especially when it dries

I wash my hair a couple times a week now since it is a little colder. If I can make it a week, which is rare, then I go a week.I dilute my shampoo in a spray bottle so I can hit my scalp or I will be working all day to get it there :)

I try to clean my dreads once a week, usually saturday. Sometimes I have to go 2 or even 3 weeks though. Even before I had dreads I only washed it every 3 or 4 weeks. I did rinse it out with clean water every couple of days though. I wear bandanna and don't have greasy or dry skin so it's just about getting wet once and a while.

since I started wrestling last monday, Ive been washing everday because of how much sweat I get covered in and you need to be very cautious in this sport(illness, sickness, etc). But before I washed every other day for about 3 1/2 months

Maybe once a week, more depending on how humid it has been, or how much I have been sweating due to work and play.No baking soda, I read a lot of people doing this but I don't actually see the point unless your hair/scalp is really filthy.Just water and simple bar soap, I don't rub the bar on my head lol, just lather up my hands and push it into my hair rinsing really well.

I've washed my hair everyday since the first week of getting dreads. Actually, in the first month or so I washed my hair twice a day to get it all knotted up and whatnot. But now, just once a day because I guess it's just a daily ritual now.

I wash about every 3-4 days alternating between african black soap & bs wash. I do an herbal tea rinse everyday.
