I chose to use my debit card as a paypal 'guest' and it keeps telling me it was declined. so annoying, i used my card two days ago and checked my balance online, it's fine.
yhmm check with your bank sometimes they dont allow online purchases without prior approval i had that issue b4 with overseas purchases or sending money by western union i had to preapprove it with my bank 1st
