What about lice in dreadlocks?

ive done about 5 treatments of alcohol and vinegar rinses, and there still is nits. i think im going to have to use a comb

no u dont the eggs well theyre hard to remove but if u keep killing the live bugs every 3 days there wont be any new eggs laid u can pick out the dead eggs with tweezers or let them vannish into the dreads but you wont have any live bugs no more so it wont matteru dint gotta worry bout eggs if u just kill the bugs every 3 days

How many 3 day slaughter sessions does it usually take to kill these guys ?

vqries at least 3 can be more if u are getting ereinfested by clothes or firnitureu can add neem seed oil and use that dailyand add it to your wash too to be extra throuroughits got a strong earthy smell i dont mind it but some ppl think it stibnksbut it does wirk and helps heal chewed up scalps too

30 minutes, then 10 minute acv. How should I apply the neem seed oil in your opinion. I need all the help I can get i've been dealing this for over 2 weeks, I just want it to be over .

Thanks for this thread guys!I've got little siblings that have recently aquired nits from school, yay! So thought I'd look a little bit into it just incase I got them too.Any advice on trying to keep 'em out in the first place?

This is why i cut off my first dreads. I'm a little scared to get them again expecially sinds i'm dreading natural now and i really don't want to lose them this time. for now i use tea tree oil in my and my sons hair and hope they'll don't like it...

Yes!! tea tree oil helps, just add a view drops behind the ears

When you say avc rinse for 10 min.. Does that mean soakin for 10 mins?
