Cant keep hands out of hair!

Hey so this is a slightly odd question, since i got my dreads about a month ago i cant keep my freaking hands out of them...im always twisting them and rub them in between my fingers. I have developed a habit of like compressing them with two fingers and rolling....kind of like a palm rolling on a much smaller scale? is this bad for the forming of my dreads?

OMG You must never, ever, EVER DO THAT!!!!hahaha just joking......

the only problem i see here is getting oil all over your dreads. If they start to unravel or seem more oily around those areas then that's probably it.but other then that, I don't think it'll do much.
