You were wondering if you could wash your hair with soap made from pigs fat and is that good for better locking?

Do you have African American hair, I know that type of texture needs more moisture added. For Caucasian hair, definitely no to pigs fat soap, I would tend to think that the soap would leave a residue build up inside the sections and maybe be a little conditioning which would cause any forming knots to slip out, the opposite reaction of them locking better.
