And palm rolling is actually extremely destructive. If you don't do it often, it does nothing to create lasting knots. If you do it enough to see any progress, it is actually thinning out your roots, and causing them to become weaker. I did it for just 2 weeks, in the very beginning, and 7 years later I'm still trying to fix the damage
