welcome but you shouldnt twist at all twisting thins the roots causes traction alopecia and balding you should never twist them
but should probly wash more

2-3 times a weeks even better
youir hair type doesnt get oily so seems like it can go longer withoit washing but u still are exposed to alot of dirt just from the air
