the pink sea salt tho has herbs and proreins that make it ok to leafe in

Honestly, time. That's really what it takes. As they mature, they won't be nearly as bumpy and massy. But it's a natural phase you have to go through to get those results. I don't like to use cliches, but this one seemed fitting: Trying to keep maturing locks neat is like trying to keep the high tide away with a broom. There's no way to do it.
There is a gel from dreadlockshampoo.com that works really well if you need to make them look nice for a specialoccasion. It doesn't leave any residue, and actually starts to break itself down within a day or 2. I have a video on my page as a review for it, if you want to check it out. And others have given it great reviews around this forum.
Welcome. I have a few things to recommend. First, if you don't have naturally oily hair/scalp, you NEED to use ACV after you wash with BS. BS is a base, an will raise your pH level to a too high level. This will fry your hair and cause dandruff, and super itchy scalp. ACV is an acid, which will lower your pH back to a healthy level. if you need help figuring out the ratios of BS:Water and ACV:water, let me know.
Second... NEVER use lemon or lime juice on your hair. Both are citric acid. While citric acid isn't a strong acid, it is more than strong enough to seep into your hair shaft and degrade your hair from the inside out.
Third... Sea salt should never be used unless you plan to wash within 2 hours. The salt will over dry your hair and scalp frying both. It'll make your hair dry and brittle. And while it may seem like it'll lock better when it's dryer, brittle hair will snap and break making the locks weaker and harder to hold knots. Healthy locks should be soft and spongy.
Aloe is a conditioner, and will actually prolong the locking process. It won't help them lock up faster. As it dries wil may feel like they get tighter. But when you wash the aloe out, the hair is conditioned and unravles more than it normally would.
Palm rolling in general, does only 1 of 2 things. If you don't do it much, it doesn't do anything to create lasting knots. If you do it enough to see progress, it will severely damage your roots, and can be irrevocable if continued.
