welcoime crochet was a huge mistake u[its extremely damaging and will delay progress by a minumum of 6 months

Welcome! My best advice would to be to throw away your crochet hook entirely, unless you're wanting to put those artistic abilities to some good tams!!

Welcome. Crocheting is really the worst thing you can do for locks. But if you only did it once, let it them heal and just don't do it again. The more you crochet, the more damage you do, which makes you feel like you should crochet more. In time, you can actually do enough damage, that you locks can fall off and snap in places
