Welcome. Eagle's right. wax will only destroy your locks It does absolutely nothing to help locks progress. In fact, it only prevents progress, at best. In most cases, wax traps water in your hair and causes it to grow mold/mildew, and eventually rot.
It only appears to have progress because the wax hardens and stiffens. The knots are not growing any tighter or more mature. They wont mature past the first day you put wax in, in fact.
And palm rolling only does 1 of 2 things. If you don't do it often, it doesn't create any lasting knots. i fyou do it enough to see progress, it severely damages you roots:
Palm rolling with wax does make them appear tighter and more mature, but if you washed the was out, they would more than likely come completely apart. And wax is a hydrocarbon, so it will NEVER wash out in normal soap and water. It requires a detergent to wash it out, along with a TON of scrubbing
Welcome. I'm 26 and have early baldness in my genes. So I am already starting to have a thinning crown. Don't worry too much about that. If you want them, grow them.
