omg you are so adorable !! everyone has to go thru all the weird phases of the dread process. I know that crocheting in the beginning has really worried you. but relax what was done was done can't change it. no need to worry over the past ....look forward to the future. your dreads really look good. the texture will change over time. Just let em do their thing and enjoy them.
sweety looking at your pics they are for sure recovering but they were thick with crochet so thats gonna make it lil slower i guess but there recovering

You have nice dreads.. It is doing really well! mine entering the first week tomorrow. Hope it will be as good as yours in 3 months time.Same situation here. Found this forum only few days after done crochet'ing but I suppose this is right for me (look around to see if SE is watching..) because I need the neatness for my working environment. exactly its not a shampoo tho no lather no scrubbing just soak and it removes all the dirt theres a baking soda wash fans group
welcomecrochet is a terible way to dread so what u wanna do is...not maintain! let them heal asnd naturalize..do nothing at all but wash
