How do you plan on starting? I would suggest natural, but TnR is the next best thing. I wouldn't advise any other method.

welcome just so u know dreadheadhq is extremely toxic its not a dread shampoo at all but a hunters shampoo meant to only be used a few times a year
it causes dandruff proriasis dernatitis skin cancer and balding
cancer and balding are rare but happen dandruffs almost 90%
bronners will not rinse right in hard water so isnt good in most places
if u canj useit at hime good but be careful when teaveling
