Freeforming whilst combatting SeborrheaDermatitis/psoriasis, dandruff, and dry flaky scalps?

Dread Maintenance

yes they do, but its flat rate shipping..so best to fit as many in a box before shipping rate goes up so its most reasonable

werd sistas don't deserve your money!

they are appropriately named

id stop using that ..

who is going to be picking through your hair looking for flakes?

don't wear anything and don't worry

they would literally have to be picking through your hair moving it out of the way to see dandruff

well most of that is totally normal, though i would recommend the liquid shampoos till mature then bars

the dread caps goofy a waste of money

beenies will slow or prevent progress so ditch that too

when you wash just lather the scalp  i scrape at it with my nails  then rinse through your probly rubbing the hair around too much

plus putting that silly cap on to wash could be unknotting them too

other then that everything you said is perfectly normal at this stage..you might be loosening them up more then normal..but loosening is part of the early process

Old dog, new tricks

Member Journals and Timelines

its really harsh it exfoliates by actually burning off the top layer of skin making a dead skin paste

dreadlockshampoo has a awesome charcoal based deep cleanse called detox (u have to request  it its not on the site yet)

after using it you can suck the water out of your dreads and it tastes filtered and clean (i don't usually drink the water here)

dish soaps..ok if theres no other option but you shouldn't need a deep cleanse unles you get real dirty

Hello new to dreading, starting freeform dreads

Dread Maintenance

well do not use that gel! murays all contain wax..dread killers

you want them getting mashed that's how they compress and tighten

you want no products at all except a good dread shampoo
