Guys I'm goin for dreads and my hairs only one inch long. I'm not worried though because my hair grows fast. I'm using the wool hat method, but I'm concerned that my dreadlocks will mess up. The last thing i want is patchy fat dreads, or one fat dread! any tips?

I'm having problems with my dreadlocks...well, not problems but questions I guess. I've been naturally growing dreadlocks for about two weeks now, washing every 2-3 days, and I have not noticed any knotting at all...AT ALL! My hair gets kinda clumpy but when i wash it, it just gets frizzy and the clumps dissapear. I was just wondering if there was any advice that would help me get the hair to start knotting, my hair is two inches long and very thick and wavey. Anyways, any advice would be great. Would wearing a beanie help? Should I wear one to bed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thankyou and Godbless

idk if my hair's gunna dread for awhile...i only havew 1 1/2 inch hair lol. I'm spraying with sea salt and limon juice daily though. Gunna wash once a week.

How does wearing a wool tam help the naturaldreading process? And with natural dread process, i should only wash once a week? Sorry I ask so many questions...i'm just so facinated by dreadlocks.
