Zum bar soap
Dread Maintenance
thanks taye! i tried backcombing and it just wasn't for me. i'm really hoping my super soft hair cooperates and starts to knot soon. i want to feel like something is happening. right now i'm using an organic tea tree shampoo. i was having problems with baking soda not rinsing out completely and my hair not getting clean. we have really hard water so i don't know if that has anything to do with it. the shampoo soothes my scalp and makes my hair squeaky clean. i just saw the zum bar and got excited to try something different. i'm going to hold off though.

Mature dreads don't wanna be dry...but baby dreads need to stay away from the oil. Oil is your enemy right now...it will undo those pretty sections. Stick with the bs use that luxurious soap on your skin.
