Can anyone share with me (an new dreader) their biggest gains through dreading. I wish to know your knowledge, your experiences, what you feel you've gained spiritually, physically, emotionally. How have you become better? How have you changed? What has the experience taught you and what can I hope to learn?

Help! Save My Dreads

I agree completely. My dreading process had a bad start, an im extremely happy I've learned the right way. If your skin is naturally dry, the accelerator (virtually a drying agent, nothing more) will only increase dryness, therefore creating more dry skin, more dry skin equals more dandruff.
