They will always look fro'ish when they are younger. Especially with your hair type. No reason to jump on the interlocking wagon. I have a few videos on my page that detail how to go about separating. That should help. With your hair type, you'll probably just have to do it a little more often. From your pics, they look fine. Not like a fro at all. As they grow out, they will get heavier and the roots will mature into their own sections so that they won't keep getting sucked into other nearby locks. It takes time. But with mixed hair,it'll be sooner than you'd think. You could take biotin pills to help grow your hair faster. It takes about 3 months to kick in, but when it does, it really makes a difference.

Welcome. Was any product used to start your twists? If so, you need to remove it and NEVER retwist, or you won't keep your locks for that long
welcome just make sure u never retwist or i=use products
especialy stat away from waxes

the gels and anything that holds will prevent them from dreading they need to be free to move and knot
interlocking woy]=uld be a horible mistake
just stop the maintenance ket them dread
if they loosen up and fal, apart completely thats just fine they will section themselves bvack out thjen dread
the gels only hurting the proces
welcome but u shouldnt be twisting (or using gel) twisting will cause baldinmg and gel builds up
jjst wash and seperate thats all
