Some people spend hours Back combing or TnRing their hair. It can be done. But why hurt your hands and arms trying. It's easier to let it happen on it's own. Or you can do a quick TnR yourself. It doesn't have to be tight or neat. TnR locks tend to come untangled in the first few washes, anyway.
