I'm primarily accessing this site through idevices and the forums went crazy repeating threads, so I need to ask here. Can you paste a link to a thread that you found very helpful for someone in the first few days of starting dreads? I cannot neglect them completely since I don't like one big knot(it happened, my hair knots very easily) so I need a little assistance. My husbands hair is over 24 inches and he would like to start as well. I am hoping the local beauty school will know how to start them purely by hand (we called and asked but got no response) and if they don't, looks like I'm going to have to get his going :0Any link you can send for someone with very long hair or someone with very knotty hair who just started would be highly appreciated!
