Thickening Process

I know that it's different for everyone and that my hair is going to do it's own thing, but I was wondering how l should expect to wait for my dreads to fatten up? They look great and it has been an awesome journey to watch them develop.. I TnR them, so they are skinnier than my section sizes, which range anywhere from the size of a nickel to the size of a quarter (I have about 38 of them). I have had my dreads for close to 5 months now and I have very curly and poofy kind of hair.... thanks!

Hi Mike. Did you mean you are wondering how long to expect to wait for your dreads to fatten up? If so, well, I can tell you it is different for everyone. Within 1-2 years your dreads will shrink and form to the size of the root section.

The journey certainly teaches us all about patience...Peace

most likely in the next 3-5 months youll notice thickeningand shrinking u could even notice a ton overnight
