washing my hair, how much

i wash my hair like twice a week. and the next day it seems like they just keep unwraveling. so is their anything i should do or something. thanks

I have pretty oily hair and I wash mine once a week. With the baking soda wash.A gallon of water1/3-3/4 cup baking soda20 drops rosemary oil20 drops lavender oil10 drops teatree oilput that on your hair and let it sit for about 20 mins and rinse really well.and I'm just going to move this from introduce yourself to dread maintenence
