Washing Dreads With Hair Wraps advice please :)

Hello!

I have quite a few wool hair wraps and I want to know the best way to wash my hair?

I'm very timid and apprehensive when it comes to washing my dreads, treat them like babies!

How often do you wash your dreads?

All of my dreads are completely natural by the way. No wax, nada.

wools not the best to wraop with when u blow dry it can shrink

embroidery thread or hemps way better

just wash the more u wash the softer the wraps get

and u should wash your dreads 1-3 times a week at lesst

\crochet and backcomb are not "all natural"

not even close

but your dreads are 2 years old why would u be careful about washing? wash wash wash

wash them real good if u havent been washing them much

why do ppl think dreads should be dirty?

the more u wash the better they dread bu t u went the other way forcing them woth crochet while not washing making it take much more work

stop crocheting and start washing

I dont know why youre being so rude and a little arrogant about it. Thankyou for replying, but I did not say for one second that I think dreads should be dirty, I never even said how often I wash mine. I dont understand why you are rather cocky and presumptious just cause I suppose you know a lot more about dreads than anyone else in the universe...ever? Well thankyou Dreadlock Jesus for that patronising piece of advice anyway. My wraps are new, thats why I was asking about washing. Isnt it better to be sure about these things than to ruin it? We cant all know everything. Thankyou for putting me in a negative mood for the seconds it took me to read your comment that was only put on my thread purely for the purpose of letting people know that you are Dreadlock Jesus.

wow u gotta relax

all im satying is you dont gotta be careful or ner=vouse to wash

and wool was not the best idea

wool shrinks when dried improperly

wool also will give you the wet dog smell u get from wet wool

embroidery thread or hemp would be a better idea

and wraps tend to be stiff untill they are washed several times very well

but crochet dreads are stiff anyway so u might not tell untill the wrapped dreads recover from the crochet since u cant crochet them

i was not being rude but your page does say you dont wash often and u do it very lightly you said your tuimid about washing

all im saying is thats the oposite oif what u should be concerned about dreads like to be washed they like to be clean

and the wraps will benifit from a real scrubbing to soften them up
