I have the straightest hair ever and it gets pretty oily. Should I use Dr. B?

I'm not really sure what hard water is... I know my buddy up the street has water with lots of Iron in it and it'll turn his sinks and toilet and shower brown. but ours is different ours turns kinda blueish. we get our water from a spring. Its not well water but its spring water. There is a bottling company that actually uses water from this spring. Not sure if its hard water though

GNC has the oils to make the baking soda wash with, and they have Dr.Bronner's, if you buy Dr. Bronner's and you have hard water, you can put a couple drops of it into a 1/2 cup of baking soda and dilute it, thats what i do and it leaves no residue, and knots faster.:]
