I washed my hair but forgot to rinse??? wut should i do

i forgot to rinse and its been bout two hours since i washed my hair, hould istill rinse it its stiff and i think i have a lil left over baking S in it, shoul i AVc rinse it and how do i mix AVC with it?

ah you gotta make sure you get it all out. it can make your locks stinky after a while if you get build up inside of them.

rince with water 1st then acv rincehow can u forget to rinse..loland ofcourse if u forgot to rinse u should rinse

rinse and do the acv. a spoonfull in 2 cups of water. leave for 3 minutes then rinse
