yes although its going to take a long time to recover and during the recovery period they will get way more frizz then if u left them alone from trhe start
typicaly it takes 6 months to recover from 1 crochet session it can take over a year if u crochetted regularly
Yeah, it was kind of a one-time thing to get the dreads started. My first set went on for about a year (got it cut due to a job interview) and it was done with the same method. Anyway, Thanks guys, I'll keep that in mind. It just sorta became a maintenance routine and loose ends were everywhere. :D
Welcome. Did you only crochet once to start? If so, it's not as terrible. It does delay progress by about 6 months. But your hair will recover a bit. If you did it more often, it can delay progress up to a year. And it will do severe damage that can't heal, if done enough
