Ok. I mean I'm still using the beer soap I posted about. I hope some loose hair still does knot up given time, as the soap hasn't seemed to be overly conditioning (I hope). It hasn't untangled other developing dreads....so it may still be safe, right?

Would it be a really bad idea to use normal table salt, (iodized salt) on my hair when I am out of sea salt and am doing a salt spray, or is that ok to be used on hair?

I'd recommend buying some pink sea salt but if u cant find any regular sea salt will do. Also how much you use depends on your scalp sensitivity and hair type. Me personally i can use it 3x a day with no effect/irritation no dryness etc. It slightly makes my hair more frizzy.

your hairs extra oily though, for almost everyone, that's extreme overkill.
most people weekly is plenty
