Welcome. I'm not sure castor oil is great for your locks. It's a thicker oil tan you should really put in your hair. Eagle would know better, but it seems like it'll leave a ton of residue

yes but onc dreaded it may take a day or longer to dry so its better to not wet it daily

wash with soap andit varies from hours days weeks months
most commons a couple months but a good number a couple weeks
