The video was taken on July 4th. The first part shows the beginnings of the circle forming around the bigger "main" meadow for prayer that day. The second part shows where the party took place at dinner circle and features the Peace Pole. I understand that people circled at the dinner meadow also on that day for the Om prayer. There was a sort of parade that included drums and the kids marching from main meadow to dinner circle meadow after the Om prayer.
