I had dreads for about 2-3 months. I did the TNR method and my hair was fried by bleaching it before I started my dread journey. I ended up having to take them out and then at that point I decided to cut all of that unhealthy hair off completely. I last cut my hair in June 2019. I’ve been growing out my hair to eventually be able to freeform. I plan to start free forming as soon as my shortest hair is 6-8 inches.
