Powitanie to the community Radek. Glad to hear your journey is healthy for you. Your T&R did exactly as it should, loosening to start dreading. Unless you have very oily hair, it is recommended to follow up with an apple cider vinegar (ACV) rinse after washing with baking soda (BS), this is to balance the hairs PH from the BS, as it can dry out the hair, and the ACV is also a safe conditioner. In case you need the ratio, here it is: After rinsing out the BS, mix 1-2 capful (depends of length of hair) of ACV to 5 cups of water...pour on head and rinse off right away or within one minute.
Welcome. I'm glad Barrellady mentioned about the ACV rinse, too. Other than that, good luck. if you have any questions, let us know
