Thanks pretty lady. I love your "the body is a canvas, use it to create art" statement. That's great you're training to be a tattoo artist! I hope it's going well.

Wow. That's awesome. I'm so glad you were able to rid of them.. I am also glad you are comfortable in your new locks. I hope for the same.

Thanks, I'll give it a try...My hair is already thinner than when I got dreads and a bit damaged (Although, I have to admit, it's not as damaged as I thought it would be..).. So, won't using chemicals with citric acid bases make it even more damaged.. When I do my 3rd set of dreads, I would like the hair itself to be in decent shape so the new dreads are healthy? I will try the blow drier thing.. u think it'll work better than us soaking the hair in boiling water? Cuz even that didn't work.. and i was told by a dreadhead friend of mine that if u try combing them out dry, they'll become even more damaged and you'll loose more hair?

Well.. I'm not sure.. any suggestions.. if u feel like it, go read the comment I left for SE. It's so much to type. But I'm basically trying to start over. . the right way. (NO product). Completely comb out this set that I've had for.. a year. Wax is at the core of many of them. and some seem impossible to comb out! I don't kno if i should cut them half way ..or not.. i'd rather save what I can.. my hair is SO long now.In two nights, I only got 3 out of 34 dreads combed out.. "dreads.." more like glued together hair..
Welcome Natalie']

Alrighty. I'll give it a go. Thanks a lot for the advice.. How long did u have the waxdreads before you tried combin em out? http://www.dreadlockssite.com/forum/topics/what-knotty-boy-wax-had-done I posted my story. Hopefully others find it before using knotty boy.
