Since it takes about a year for mature locks to form. There is no way toconsiderablyspeed it up without completely destroying your hair.
If you want locks for the long haul, and not just for a few year, make sure you NEVER go to a salon, NEVER use wax, and NEVER use art supplies on your hair (unless it's hemp or embroidery thread)
