I'm a 17 male and my hair is thick and straight.I've read the whole dread guide but i was wondering if soaringeagle or someone else can tell me pretty detailed on how to start my dreads from the very beginning. I want to do the twist and rip method because I want the dreads pretty neat. I have really straight hair so is there anything special I need to do? also what is the best maintainace to keep them from smelling and stay clean. I would appreciate it a lot if someone could help. thanks!
