There is great information to be found at the top of this site on the dreaducation tab. Tips: don't re-twist at any time, they need to loosen in order to shrink & loop & dread. For baking soda wash, use 1/2 cup baking soda to 5 cups water and leave in for 20 minutes, this is a no scrub method, just wait and rinse.. After rinsing that out, use 1 capful ACV to 5 cups water and rinse right away. You can add essential oil drop to the ACV if you want. Other than washing, just separate the sections when need, as they like to join the party on the other side sometimes.
