Welcome. I am not one of those who thinks that neglect is the only method to grow locks. but I would like to warn you about the damage that crocheting, palm rolling, and root rubbing does. Crocheting is the most damaging thing you can do to locks besides felting. It does nothing but rips hairs into smaller and smaller pieces. This weakens locks and can cause them to become so weak that they may snap off in places.
Palm rolling does nothing to create lasting knots. It only makes them look neat for a few hours at a time. Unless you do it often, or aggressively, it will destroy your roots. The same goes with root rubbing.
welcome but crochetings extremely extremely bad fir dreads palm riolling and rubings useless at best but can be very harmful if done enough to do anything at all
they should be washed and seperated..nothing else never ever poke holes with tools that causes extreme harm broken hairs that need constant repair which breaks more and more
It's all in how you buzz your lips. You need to purse them together, not hard, but enough so that when you blow air through them, them vibrate. It's like playing any brass instrument but less intense.
As far as circular breathing goes, that takes practice. I could explain it to you, but get down the vibrating lips part first. Then I'll help you with that
Welcome. Be aware that they won't look like they did the first day for long. Especiallyafter you wash them the first time, and second and ever time after that for a few months.
