Welcome. But you should stop palm rolling. It'll only do 1 of 2 things. Either it'll do nothing, because you are doing it lightly. You'll see that even when you do it one day, it just comes undone the next day and has to be redone. Doing the same thing every day just proves that each time did nothing to help for more than a few hours. Or, it'll severely damage your locks. You'll notice that it does help, because you are doing it hard, vigorously, and a lot. This will destroy your roots and make them super thin while trying to still hold the weight of a thicker lock.
If that didn't convince you, check out my video on what palm rolling did to my locks. 6 years after only doing it for about a week, I am still trying to find a way to fix the damage:
welcome whats lmt? but wiulkdnrt bother palm rolling

we have the best info on wax removal here
Welcome. Wax in general is horrible for locks. It prevents locks, at best. At worst, it is known to clog pores and requires surgery to fix.
Bees wax is the worst. It is so sticky and tacky that it's impenetrable by water. just 2 weeks of using it on my first set cause my hair to literally rot and melt off. I used it a lot, but even just once or twice will cause water to get trapped in your locks and give mold and mildew the perfect breeding grounds.
Wax, also, does not wash out in normal soap and water. It never will. It's a hydrocarbon. It needs a tough degreaser to get it out. Dawn Dish soap, or the wax remover from dreadlockshampoo.com work best.
But if you want to see any progress, you will need to remove the wax
