Being naked is so liberating! I can't wait until it warms up so I can run around outside like a hooliganin nothing but shorts!

Embrace the beautiful chaos that is dreading.
It is wise to keep in mind that EVERYTHING has a rate of error and can potentially fail.USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
Also, while homeopathics may not be for me... I think it is an essential part of SE and CJ's sense of spirituality. Criticize it in any way we may like, we are all different and we all see potential in different things. I find nothing wrong with a CIVIL debate between ladies and gentlemen coming from all sides of the spectrum, but calling someone an idiot sounds a little harsh to me. The whole reason I am interested in these herbal remedies is that they are completely natural and hormone free. If CJ knows the risk of sungazing and SE knows that homeopathics may not be 100% effective and both are aware of the risks and warn others before trying them I think that shows that they are responsible men.
I myself wouldn't rely entirely on homeopathics if I were to practice it. As a matter of fact I still have faith in wesern medicine, but antibiotics are an absolute last resort for me. They saved my hide when I had mono! I also don't see any danger in these natural herbs and remedies. I also have faith in science, as a matter of fact science backed this naturaldread community in the debate with Johnny Clean on waxing dreadlocks. I do trust many docors when dealing with my physical health, but when it comes to anxiety I don't think western medicine can do much for it, which is why I made this post in the first place. I know that this community shares a strong knowledge of alternative medicine and I think that it would be worth a try when treating anxiety. If I were to get cancer, the flu or a nasty illness like mono? Well, yeah... I would see a doctor.
You have to give these kinds of medicine's credit. I mean, what did everyone use in prehistoric times to treat their ailments? I strongly support alternative medicine because its a proven fact that medicines such as antibiotics weaken the immune system in the long run because the body becomes dependent. Next time I'm within the vicinity of a GNC (I live in a small college town that doesn't have one that I'm aware of) I'm going to look for some of this. Haha, I'm a huge nerd so I can pretend like I'm an alchemist or something when I am mixing these!
That actually sounds really interesting. Completely herbal and natural remedies to quell a panic attack... My mother actually suggested that I take an antidepressant medication to help but I refused. This is actually worth a try. Do you know where I could find these kinds of remedies? Have you ever drank chamomille tea? I love the effects of chamomille.
Whoa... This definetly blew up way more than I expected. I just wanted to say that... Well, I love you all!
I respect everyone's suggestions on this discussion and there is no need to be bickering with one another. While I'm probably not going to try sungazing because my eyes are sensitive to light anyway.I do think that getting out in the sun more will help. I do exercize as well and I need to turn off my electronics an hour before I rest.I'm probably not going to start smoking herb though.... However! I respect where CJ stands on sungazing and who ever practices it. I appreciate everyone's advice when I am given it.To each their own. That is all. I don't think anyone here is an idiot.
I'm certainly not opposed toherb or closed minded towards what it. As a matter of fact I think it can be a positive thing and strongly believe that it should be legalized. I'm also a completely different person than I was three years ago in that I'm wiser and more responsible so who knows?
