baking soda, baking powder or bicarb soda???

Introduce Yourself

where can i get this coco butter from

soaring eagle said:

you should! acv restores a healthy ph bam]=llence

hairs a 5.0-5.5 which is slightly acidic (7 being nutral)

baking soda is alkaline around a 10 i believe

for proper hair and scalp healt the ph has to be brought back intoi the rigt range

exceptions to this are:

oily hairs usualy lil too acidic 4.8ish

to get oily hair to not be oily anymore u ca nudge it into range bu-y skipping the acv A FEW TIMES not permenantly only a few washes or so till youir les oily

then resume using it

if you dont use it for a long period yiur scalp will get dry and itchy

your hair weak and brittle

you might evcen get si=ores on the scalp

what should i be washing my dreads with and how often.

Introduce Yourself

i would appreciate any advice on what i should be using, and how often is best to wash my locks. i have had my dreads or 13 months now and have been using knotty boy liquid shampoo, and wasing them every 5 to 7 days. i want to get away from this shampoo, it seems to be leaving white powder in my hair no matter how well i wash it out.
