bronners making my hair soft?

Introduce Yourself

I'll try not using the bronners next time, I'm cool with some unraveling, but it seems like half of my length ever time I wash. I have lots of loose hair, which I actually kinda like so that's fine and I'm sure they will make babies at some point, but re-twist ripping my ends every time is annoying.

what do they feel like?

Dread Maintenance

Ok, strange question what do dreads feel like when they are mature? Are these spongy, more dense smooth sections that have started to form mature already (3 weeks)? If so then hemp wrapping is awesome. I get spongy mature feeling bits around most any hemp wrap I put in.

flapping

Introduce Yourself

Does flapping (flettening) fix itself? having pretty severe issues with it, aggrivated by only being able to slep on my sides due to being pregnant.

washing every day

Introduce Yourself

So I know you don't have to wash every day, more like every 3 days or so, and people with mature dreads do so less often because they take a long time to dry. However, mine are only 2 weeks old, I have been washing about every 3 days which is fine, but most of the maturation process happens right after washing doesn't it? Would washing every other day or every day speed the process up, or make them fall apart? waiting until 3 days also makes my head itchy, I'de like to not wait for that :0)
